How is GME differentiated from other medical education resources?
GME allows users to quickly find evidence-based answers to specific questions. We have taken the most common, most important, and most critical questions in each area of specialty and condensed what could take hours of research into concise and salient answers from the world’s leading medical experts. Moreover, as GME was not funded by outside sources, you can trust that the content offered is unbiased.
Who are your users?
Our users are primarily healthcare providers; however, anyone with an interest in learning more is welcome to register.
Will my personal information be shared with other parties or sold?

Does GME offer CME credits for viewing content?
At present, we do not offer CME credits for viewing content.

What specific content does GME provide?
GME’s first area of specialization is Psychiatry. We are pleased to offer nearly 700 medical education videos carefully produced to provide concise and relevant answers to your most pressing psychiatric questions.
How does GME source its content?
GME content is written and presented by physicians who are recognized as renowned medical experts in their respective specialties. For each medical question, we look for the best possible source to provide the most useful, evidence-based answer.

How often do you update the content?
Our content is updated often to reflect the latest academic research and scientific findings.
Can I request an update to the content?
Yes. Each video has a “comments” section where you can offer your feedback or request an update to the content. You can also use the “Contact Us” section on the main page of the web site.
Subscribing to GME
What subscription plans do you provide?
For $99 per year or $10 per month, an individual user gets unlimited access to all of GME’s content on any device including desktop/laptop, tablet devices or smart phones.
How do I renew my plan online?
- Go to www.gmeded.com
- On the GME home page, in the top right corner, please click on the Renew tab and follow the instructions to complete your renewal
How do I log in to GME online?
Existing Users:
- Go to www.gmeded.com
- On the GME home page, in the top right corner, please enter your user name and password in the respective tabs and then click the Log In tab
New Users:
- Go to www.gmeded.com
- On the GME home page, in the top right corner, please click on the Join GME tab and then follow the instructions to complete your enrollment.
What browsers are supported by GME?
GME officially supports the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, or Apple Safari 1.0 or later. Currently, GME is available for iPhone®, iPad®, iPod® touch devices running iOS 3.0 or later, Google Android devices running OS 1.6 or later, and Blackberry® devices running OS 6.0 or later. Unlimited data plans are recommended . Although not officially tested and approved by GME, most other browsers should work provided they are configured to accept cookies. To set your browser's security settings correctly for our sites, see below:
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0:
- Choose Tools from the browser menu
- Select Internet Options menu
- Click the Privacy tab,
- Move the slider to no higher than "Medium High"
- Alternatively, you can click on the "Sites" button on the Privacy tab and add "gmeded.com as sites allowed to use cookies.
If you're using Firefox 2.0:
- Choose Tools from the browser menu
- Select the Options menu
- Click the Privacy tab
- Select 'Accept Cookies from All Sites'
If you're using Safari 2.0:

- Select the Preferences menu
- Click the Security tab

I forgot my username and/or password. How do I retrieve them?

- On the GME home page, in the top right corner, please click on the forgot / change password tab and then follow the simple instructions to retrieve your information.

I cannot log in?
- If you are attempting to use GME from a public WiFi spot, please be advised that there are often restrictions on the types of websites you can access and often times of day when the WiFi signal is available and/or strongest.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser of choice (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or any other supported browser).
- Use a different browser. If the problem does not persist, you may want to clear your cache in the original browser. Please press Ctrl+R on your Windows or Cmd+R on your Mac.
- Ensure that your browser is set up to accept cookies.
- Ensure that your computer does not have software installed to hide your online identity. We need to know who you are in order to safely log in.
- Ensure that your browser is JavaScript enabled.
- Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so ensure that CAPS LOCK is turned off and that you are entering your information carefully.

How do I search for a specific topic or video?
On every page, there is a Search GME tab, usually on the top. Please enter your question into this field to find your topic or video.
