Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists and psychologists engaged in the care of patients with schizophrenia.

Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

·       Discuss the unmet needs and treatment targets in schizophrenia

·       Utilize novel strategies for treating schizophrenia when appropriate

·       Describe innovative treatments for schizophrenia

·       Discuss new treatments to improve adherence due to a favorable side effect profile
