Scientific focus: translational therapy research on attention and emotion regulation, development and evaluation of innovative pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, especially in adult ADHD, psychotherapy research, clinical studies and personalized medicine. Clinical priorities: diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of mental illnesses, in particular of affective disorders such as depression, stress-associated diseases, ADHD in adulthood and personality disorders, crisis intervention and suicidality, disorder oriented psychotherapy
