Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists and psychologists engaged in the care of patients with dementia.

 

Educational Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  • Explain how to diagnose Alzheimer's disease vs. other dementias
  • Describe treatment targets for dementia
  • Utilize the latest evidence-based treatments including those that can delay progression of illness
